WEZA's volunteering programme is designed as a capacity-building exchange rooted in mutual learning — strengthening local capacity while building meaningful, long-term connections.
International volunteers engage with WEZA's football and Purposeful Play programmes through knowledge exchange and practical contribution. Volunteers are hosted at the CHEZA Hub, staying in our dedicated volunteer residence and fully immersed in WEZA's programmes and community.
We also welcome football teams and groups, facilitating shared training experiences and friendly matches with local teams.
